I agree your opinion too. Which we are complain to Digi regarding the problem, then Digi will know where is their drawbacks. But, we also need to give some times for the Digi solve the problem and a chance to serve us too.

u guys didn't notice sometimes speedtest is much faster when googling/surfing/streaming slow like a snail doesn't matter whether infinite package or not coz i have both plan...watch youtube full hd also lagging in tv...is there any issue with digi infra?

p/s: compare pc to mobile is not equivalent apple to apple

Is the dl speed going down after the speed test done? If so, then i suspect digi push to full speed when detect customer is doing the speed test....

I think Huawei E5186 is the best Cat 6 modem + router combo in the market right now.

I am using one and the performance is amazing.

Another quick call to Digi CS... they said they're having ANOTHER maintenance around my area...
Now stuck until at least end of Sept 2017...

I'm getting 1-2mbps (not B) 80% of the time... while the speed peeks to 1.5mBps around 1-7AM...
I upgraded/paid RM150 for these kind of service.... *sigh*

My place has lots of DiGi subscribers and is quite hidden from cell towers - a combination that kills LTE quality, especially during peak hours.

So locating cell towers using the 'Network Cell Info' app on Android and getting close to them physically is a workaround to get strong signals, for now, at least until something better comes along i.e. Unifi support at my place maybe ?

Anyone have a 24 hrs speed capped problem like mine? 8mbps top all the time. First two week with i150, my speed is around 30-40mbps.

Already complaining via Digi community, Live Chat and finally the tech person (after more than 4 times requesting Live Chat to open a ticket). They keep telling me "We dont capped Infinite 150" or no such thing "capped" certain user. They ask me to change the SIM at the nearest Digi CS.

Ironically, my Digi Prepaid (Live) easily reached 30-40 mbps with the same device, same area and the same time I use my Infinite 150.

And tonight, Digi get caught when I downloading from their CAPTURE website. It's 4.7MBps (37.6mbps). But when I try another host/youtube, the 8mbps still there.

Digi should upgrade more tower rather than introduce LTE A...

This is why they introduce LTE-A to ease the congestion.

that's why, even the tethering for i80 also can have more than 5 devices, but to surf at the "same time" or simultaneously, there is a restriction of 5 devices only, means the 6th will face something like "Connecting..." for a moment until there is empty slot for it to continue when 1-2 devices not browsing.
I'm using i150 with E5186 and i got more than 10 devices connected to it but i always face pausing whenever i wanna browse to a website and sometimes need to click on the address bar and press enter in order to keep refreshing the website till i get into it...

Especially after getting this speed, it's very difficult for me to go back to lower speed.

on mobile via hotspot can get full speed 80-100mbps.

i didn't even use so much data roughly for 1 month i use like 300-500gb 

Band 3 speed (No CA) before congested later in the evening. Using E3372 no ext antenna also
