Thanks for the advice on the fleece material! Will go hunting for it this weekend.

I also realise that SGs are little cat like in their play. I bought some feathered cat toys for them to play with. They like to chase it around and cling onto it. Super cute!! But they get bored easily too...

Be careful, certain tree branches are toxic to sg!! I'm no expert in this, u really should ask the forum 1st. Or do a bit more researching on which tree branch is ok for sg. Meanwhile i think it's safest to remove it 1st.

Added on August 31, 2007, 6:51 pmCan anyone back me up on this?

Branches from our local fruit trees are a bit toxic... till now I don't even use branches coz have no idea which is safe or not. I do know only hibiscus plant is safe.

lilcatty,
Since Copper doesn't bark... and he doesn't have the urge to chase the hamster in the ball, it would be ok. Puppies are easier to train to accept small animals.

Never read up on age? Most people know gliders sexually mature around 7 to 8 months old.... they can start breeding but some gliders mature at 2 years old... so it depends. Females are also slightly smaller than males sometimes, you can see this clearly if the gliders have been fed a good and complete diet.
