The jewel will follow the loadout you saved. Which is when you load back Loadout 1 it will go back to armor in Loadout 1.

i) I did that once to other coz they don't listen to what I said (i am the host, so i think i have the right). But few weeks ago someone did the same to me coz i was accidentally hit Kirin when he is about to return to his lair.
ii) It happen to me especially with Black Diablos. Now I did the same thing if i don't find the right size
iii) If i am the host, i will hunt different monster just to snip first. If I joined, normally will just follow the host

Do you all actually use the voice chat function? Cause I never switch on the voice thing ever since I got my PS4.
So i don't know if people are shouting in the mic or not. LOL.

I only use it when I party up with my squad. Other than that, I don't really think its necessary.

BTW does anyone know if the Deviljho update is today or tomorrow?

1 - luckily after 350 hours, my pug sos team is very civil.
2- this one probably 2-3 times. My first hr battle with tempered bagel with sos, they died and leave. Low armor, low lvl weapon and tempered with multiplayer hp scale. took me 45 minutes to kill it. Other probably host lag and dc.
3- Host usually kick them straight way.

About leeching, only 2 times over 350 hours playing, One korean player(blocked) leeching and last night tempered diablos. Host and random keep carting,left 1 cart and left me alone doing all dmg. Completed quest with dd card. Don't really mind, they did tried

I am moving to high rank soon, i think. Feels like the story is coming to an end, a bit scared of it. What kinda armor or gear i should get to avoid getting carted in the early HR game while I hunt for the HR armors?

Just upgrade your current low rank armor to its highest. After that you can gradually rebuild hr armor. For tempered, to survive 1 shot with 150 hp, you need around 400 armor. Melee require less. No need to jimat armor upgrade. Easy to farm.

Armor upgrade as in the armor spheres to level up/upgrade the equipment?

for me, I just straightaway farm zorah armor set and just upgrade that set until I beat xeno.

Anyway, stat on deviljho hbg is depressing. The recoil is horrendous and deviation is cancer. Seem will stuck at legiana and nerg hbg for now. Lbg is more depressing.

zorah is end boss for LR story. once you beat it, the quest will randomly appear on your quest list, so you can farm him for materials.

best armor is quite subjective, even in LR. just stick to armor set you feel comfortable with and keep upgrading it with armor spheres.
