agreed with both sifu above.
I use 3 thunder resistance gems then paired with thunderproof and vitality mantle, Kirin can no longer kill me with a single hit.
Also I suggest using might seed, Demondrug, Adamant seed and Armorskin (if I'm not mistaken these effects will last the entire match, unless you cart).

Personally I prefer using hammer against Kirin.
My tactic is charge hammer and release it when there's an opportunity, then immediately roll backwards.
If Kirin falls down, just spam circle x 5 or triangle x 3 on its head.
If Kirin sleeps, bomb him with 2 mega barrel bomb + 1 small barrel bomb.
Be patient and keep your health at 90-100% at all time, Kirin should go down in less than 20 mins.

HR 7 now finally after 20 hours. Lol.

Never liked this series on portable consoles, but this one is seriously very good. Haha. I think cause it's pretty.

I run Axe of demons (black diablos tree) with handicraft 5 and non-elemental boost. I get around 1k unbuffed attack

Does coating overide elemental damage from bow

lets say i using bow with thunder damage,then i apply blast coating,does my bow produce only blast damage or thunder + blast damage ?

You can do 3 things, kick from party, quit the party or fail the quest by repeatedly carted. After that block them from psn too.

Hi hunters, after 100 hours in I finally trying to set equipment loadout, but I have a question which I haven't try yet, if example I have an Attack jewel set in armor set in Loadout 1, then I remove it and set in armor set Loadout 2, my question is if I switch back to Loadout 1, will my Attack jewel still in my armor in Loadout 1?

I've seen worse.
- people denying your carve by keep hitting you while carving. Good thing the next update will fix this
- people who join your session and immediately leave, leave you with the scaled monster alone.
- people who hunting different targets than the quest

How to kick? I was looking for the option, couldn't find it, ended up I abandoned that quest and started off my own one later.


Denying carve i haven't experienced yet, thank god. lol. The rest I will usually abandon it since it's at the beginning.
But I hate leechers for sure.

Love CB, but right now I am also loving IG. I will have better kill time with CB. But the mounting on IG and flying around is so fun!
Don't know which one to main, too expensive and much hassle to play both.
