Hi guys, I bought a unit at Lunaria3 mid last year. Currently working at bandar puteri puchong, thinking to move there next year once completion.

Agent claimed the time when I bought the house there will be a new highway link sendayan to KLIA and then MEXX 2 is under construction and this will shortened duration.

ANy idea about this highway? Are they due completion soon?

What is the price range and sizes for this phase?  Next year completion right

I saw one sign close to Petronas going to dTempat saying the land belong to KKM for KKM development. What are they building up there? A clinic?

And what is next to TUDM, on the road currently under expansion to two lane from SMS to Gadong?

There is no land reserved for Kesihatan in the plan, wonder why change suddenly, anyway this is pleasant surprise.

Those in light green reserved for schools (why so many plots, already got few in the town), blue is for commercial activities, pink is normally earmarked for Dewan Orang Ramai etc, red for Keselamatan ie police station/fire fighter department (I tot already got one near by Hijayu Aman/opposite TUDM)
