Currently we hv maxis & unifi.

But, for certain projects/phases, matrix had signed up a contract with symphonet. For this, need to wait until the agreement finish and then owner may change to other provider

My agent text me, inform matrix will be launching final phase of resort homes project - terrace link crisantha

Launching date 16/7. Land size 24*70, build up 2800+ sq ft and starting price for bumi is RM664,888 and for non bumi RM738,888.

I am guessing this is the most expensive terrace link house matrix ever sold in BSS ( compare Selling price vs land size/build-up).

Lunaria 1,2 & 3 (also at resort homes) have larger land size (22*85) and build up area around 3200 sq ft. but the selling prices is similar to crisantha selling price.

Lunaria 1 & 2 sold out already while lunaria 3 has 20+ unsold units.

Matrix got approval in 2017 to change allysum (semiD) to crisantha (terrace link house). but this bs developer did not update their resort homes sales brochure to reflect the amendment. End up, all lunaria home buyers were misled and given false information by matrix.

Few owners of lunaria & elymus have expressed this concern to matrix and proposed another entrance. But matrix wont consider this bcos for them there is no issue about traffic.

Just wait once owners moved in and if this situation too bad, we also can protest & demo like yesterday. Besides, keep all your written complaint to matrix as proof

Resort homes project is just marketing hype by matrix. On top of house quality issue, several issues related to common environment of RH have been raised to matrix

- playground bench finishing from cement. If you sit on this bench, the cement dust will stick on your pants. compare to tiara sendayan & ara sendayan, matrix provide better finishing on the playground bench at this residence

- 2 in 1 futsal+basketball court. Matrix call this multipurpose court. This is really bullshit facility matrix provide to Resort homes residents. How come we can play futsal & basketball together at one time?? Matrix is too stingy to build futsal & basketball court separately. Unlike other taman, they have separate courts build for them even several taman have 3 different sport courts namely futsal, basketball & sepak takraw.

Last weekend, chit chat with a matrix marketing staff (not the SA) during crisantha resort homes soft launching event

1- apartment project nearby tamil school confirmed. build up around 800psf and selling price around RM300k. The view facing fairy park

2- tiara sendayan project selling like goreng pisang panas even it is a non guarded community & has smaller size.

3- sales of hijayu aman is slow even located at prime location (nearby SMS & iconpark).

3- a reserved land for new state admin centre nearby iconpark is confirmed, but no plan yet from state govt to move here. Possibly due to financial.

4- an empty land between petron & matrix school proposed for sendayan merchant square 2. yet no plan by matrix for development as they think too many shop lots already.

5- the land awarded by MBI to new developer, Damansara Realty located somewhere at ladang anggur and the roundabout after nusari bayu towards jalan lama seremban-PD

6- there is one land plot at hijayu 2 area not awarded to matrix by MBI. Dont know what MBI plan to do. The plot landmark can be identified as entrance with brown color.

7- future housing project
- somewhere nearby eka matahari
- somewhere nearby taman bukit sendayan. land clearance done. housing price range from RM80k to below RM400k.

8- bandar ainsdale is booming due to mvv.

Check on google map, seem that a new road (in pink circle) connecting s2 and ainsdale. Anyone can verify this? If yes, means that we can exit ainsdale toll without need to u turn nearby bkt kepayang flyover

Resort homes in my opinion

- Crisantha is overpriced project. Smaller build up vs lunaria but selling price is higher.

- once completed, resort homes has almost 700 units. There's only one entrance to cater car in & out. Compare to other residential at BSS, max units is 300++.

- matrix is double standard & giving priority to semi Ds owner. Semi Ds can go jalan2 inside terrace link area, but not vice versa.

- resort homes itself is a marketing hype by matrix. No difference compare to other projects except your house ada built in alarm & laminated wood floring.

I convince you as well as future buyers not to choose resort homes especially current project ie crisantha.

Let those units unsold so that resort homes population will slightly lower and avoid congestion.

Total units elymus+allysum+lunaria+crisantha around almost to 700.

Maybe good move not to buy crisantha.

I met with the kerani tapak of crisantha, he told me matrix is pushing crisantha project to get completed by August 2020. Supposedly the dateline is April 2021. If not mistaken, crisantha was opened for booking in July this year.

when jobs is in rushing, you might expect what are the outcomes

new billboard was setup for apartment project opposite SKJT. If not mistaken named Vista.

seri pajam also has started advertising their apartment project nada bidara.
