This just rough drawing. Red line is Nilai-Labu-Enstek Expressway. U can see it can be connected to PLUS n LEKAS. maybe we can see proper highway connection between PLUS n LEKAS n NLE in future.

Actually, the RK residence has reason not to connect the road from Ara sendayan to RK. Before Matrix bought over the land, the old plan showed the road was actually normal/small road at housing area. But now, it seems to be upgraded to become main road to connect S2 and sendayan.

There is not much space to widen the road.

This is actually very bad planning by connecting the road.

Anyway, maybe in future, all the bungalows along the road can be converted to shop lots.

The road was approved during BN time.

Yeah i remember damansara initially already have the curve, ikea and first phase of one utama. Sendayan only have a lot of factory, haha. I dont know which part of sendayan is same like damansara, just matrix strategy to push up price but just all talk.

I remember sendayan official website last time have a tagline of ‘damansara of seremban’. I think many get cheated by that tagline.

DTempat Club house is private, it is not for public, only to members of the club only. But the public one is in XPark in front of the club, but no football or badminton court

As I mentioned earlier, S2 was never a planned city in the beginning. Before my dad bought a house in 2003, S2 was nothing but a land with roads that go up down up down. In the early 2000s, IJM started developing this land but the sales was just terrible. But instead of halting the development altogether, they kept on building at a much slower pace (starting from the houses opposite of Aeon Seremban 2), moving onto shophouses (not sure what it is named but it was the location of the now closed-down Siang Malam mamak) and then Aeon (it was Jusco at that time) came in in 2003 and I remembered the building started in 2003 and completed somewhere mid 2004. I visited Jusco at that time and it was still having tenants moving in around August 2004 - Popular was one of the first to open in Jusco.

Just for the Jusco mall itself (previously S2 only catch was the golf club, with S2 marketed as a "premium" location), it has propelled the area and IJM started to develop at a much accelerated pace. But it took about 2 decades for S2 to reach this stage, 1 decade to have govt agencies to move to S2 and among other stores and shops.
