Connecting road between ainsdale & rimbun harmoni s2 has been opened officially (means no blockage as before).

So people from KL to bss no longer take exit seremban toll to avoid uturn at traffic light nearby tesco oakland.

Matrix will be launching new project - Laman sendayan. Project site nearby sendayan fairy park (graveyard). This site was planned for STV, but later change to residential.

Is it Matrix failed to attract investor to sendayan?
No support from state govt?
Investors prefer to invest at MVV (sime darby)?

It is easier to get a buyer if you can consider not to ask for 10% down payment. Let buyer's bank loan to cover all the cost.

This what I did last year to sell my corner lot unit.

People bought unit almost to million pun rumah still ada roof leaking, wall cracking, uneven tiles, poor finishing etc..
