Update: After threatening them to proceed with MCMC report earlier today, now I’m getting 5G.

Do they even know that we can check ourself the coverage in the DNB website?

How does the Celcom Mega 188 Free Roaming works? Do I just select the eligible operator and I don’t really need to subscribe either 7 or 30 days pass?

The 5G availability is not consistent. Not sure if it's due to Celcom or DNB.
For example, in last 4 days, I was at this cafe, sitting for 2 hours and I had 4 full bars of 5G.
Today, same cafe, same table, no 5G at all even after I restart my phone. Just 4G+.

Looks like Celcom switched off its 5G entirely since this morning because those areas that I frequent often in KL that normally have 5G in last 4 weeks, have no 5G today.
