If i only need voice, I don’t need to size up to M or L pass rite? So a monthly commitment of rm28 instead of rm38

Should be the SOP. They just talk sweet to you without any real action. So your case will not solve after 1 era.

Yeah.. I recived case id. When i chk in Life app, i noticed case status as closed. Made a bit of noise, received a call saying case still under investigation, and 'reminded' me not to follow up everyday. I'll get an SMS once case resolved. bruce.gif
