Does that mean I cannot have UPB and HyppTV box running at the same location?
I want to put the UPB in the living room and the HyppTv box close to the router in another room. Possible?

Unifi Plus Box can work over WiFi. Just use WiFi for the UPB.

The old Unifi HyppTV box will only work over Ethernet LAN.

However, if your account already migrated to UPB, then the old Unifi TV will not work IINM.

Ya hypptv not work as well for AX73!

Make sure IGMP version is changed to V3 on the firmware interface.

Hi

Has anyone tried converting TP Link EC230-G1 (AC1350 Wireless Router) into an AP?

This is an extra Time unit, I tried but couldnt set it up to work as an AP.

TP Link EC230-G1 model supplied by TIME cannot be used as an AP, because the firmware in the model is a modified version by TIME and even some functions in the router have been disabled.

Hi guys,
Need your advice. Bought AX20 to replace faulty Netis AC1200.
During installation I just realise AX20 dont have DSL port.
Is there any workaround or I need to buy other router with DSL port?
The setup suppose DSL cable from wall to router with no BTU if I understand correctly.
Thanks.

are you a VDSL user? If so, you have to buy another router that uses VDSL. I recommend you an Archer VR400 or VR600v router

Archer VR600v RM339

Those with Archer AX73 or any 160Mhz WiFi 6 router, consider disabling the 160Mhz mode unless your devices support 160Mhz.

Disabling 160Mhz will provide better overall performance for 80Mhz clients.

Guys. I want to ask. Between AX20 and AX50, which one is much more better in terms of stability and speed for 100Mbps ? I'm thinking of changing my router since this AC1200 provided by TM keeps restarting on it's own and internet keeps dying even though I already make a good airflow from below. I heard that AX50 heats up pretty fast because of the Intel chipset. Anybody can confirm this or have any other suggestions ?

Both are great in terms of speed and stability. For me the AX20 is enough. AX50 has a overheating issue but not sure if this issue has been resolved or not on the firmware update
