Did they ask you any questions? Mine already over a month so i think can't exchange anymore. you only exchange the faulty unit or 3 of them?
*
My one is 2 units in one box. They change totally new to me.
They didn't ask any question.
Even your one is over 1 month cannot be 1 to 1 exchange but if it is faulty, it is still under warranty.

Hi all, currently doing some research on Archer T4U and Archer T9UH.

Using wifi adapter for gaming purposes so ping is very important for me. Mobo doesn't have any more PCIE slots so PCIE wifi is out of the question.

The advantage of T9UH is that it has 4 high gain antennas where T4U only has 2 high gain antennas. Apparently, T9UH does not support MU-MIMO whereas T4U does support.

Should I spend more on T9UH? T9UH is about RM100 more expensive than T4U.

All USB based WiFi adapter have the same issues which is heat and USB interference.

T4U is 2x2
T9UH is 3x3

If your router is AC1200, AC1300 or AC1500 they should be 2x2 so using the T4U is sufficient. Using a 3x3 WiFi adapter on a 2x2 router will not give you better performance.

Anyway, I will still suggest using PCIE options. Those PCIE X1 WiFi card can be fitted into X16 slot as well, worst to worst, use a riser cable.

Hi thank you for the detailed reply.

I'm using the router ASUS AC68U AC1900. I think this is a 3x3 router, so if I use T9UH will be better?

Do you have any experiences with intel CNVi wifi card(e,g AX201)? Intel claims it's cheaper and performs better than its AX200 Counterpart, due to most of the wifi card logic moved into the motherboard chipsets and only the RF module thing is on the card. a big cons for that it's not compatible with old Intel/AMD laptop/desktop

The thing with CNVi based cards is they require compatibility from the CPU and motherboard.

It is more of a product for OEM systems maker so I avoid those to prevent issues.

Hi ... I'm planning to change my current router to TPLINK AX20 wireless router.

I'm currently using Deco M5 mesh to get better connection at my 2 level house.

May I know will I be able to fully utilize AX20 Wifi6 if I connect the AX20 router with Deco M5 mesh? Will I be able to connect to Wifi6 speed (device wifi6 compatible) if using the above connection (AX20 + Deco M5 mesh).

Thanks in advance for your reply.

it's depend on the wifi coverage and where your device roaming. if you more close to the AX20, than your link speed will be 1200mbps while only 866mbps if you approaching M5 coverage. it's similar to my case where i has 2 X60 and 2 M9+, all direct connected via dedicated 4 lengths of Cat5e /CAT6 cable from the main router.

Intel AX200 already cheap, no real reason to go cheaper and lose compatibility.

Do you guys know if I can use MY spec Deco M5 in UK? My brother is studying in UK and would like to use mine as I'm upgrading to X60.

If yes, what need to be done? Just update the firmware from UK website is it?

Mine works well with AX20, the other extender is RE305. I noticed I did have an experience where my hp failed to capture the nearer extender, needed to turn off and on the hp wifi to capture nearer signal. Just once I had that experience.

one mesh won't work if you use 2 routers as stated by tplink. It only allows 1 router in the set up. you will have to use their extenders (like RE305) for the 2nd node and so on

Dude, TP-Link had initiated operation bait and switch/forget on AX50 last year. No more OneMess for AX50.

anybody purchase TP-Link Archer TX3000E AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth 5.0 PCIe Adapter, the device would gone missing after user manual sleep, system time-out sleep, restart, turn off & cold boot, tried to untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power at USB Host Controller, USB Root Hub, Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz, Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® . also tried to Power Options, USB Selective Suspend Disabled, PCI Express Link State Power Management Off, doesnt seem to fully work to fix such issue.

sometimes the Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 would reappear after wake up, restart, turn off & cold boot, sometimes wont.

tried to unplug and replug the PCIe Adapter and USB connecter for Bluetooth, doesn't seem to work.

the chipset is intel AX200, this chipset seem to have such issue, even with big branded laptop that came with such chipset.

my system is AMD Ryzen 2600, GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO.

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Package version = 22.10.0 & Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software 22.10.0 claim to fix such issue at changelog, but doesn't seem to work.

dont't
untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power at USB Root Hub, Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz, Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® .

UPDATE: missing after standby and wakeup still happen.
*
it seem just turn on the wifi and bluetooth, or turn off airplane mode for awhile around less than 1 min, for each turn on computer or each wakeup after sleep could fix the missing issue with 0 tweak needed.

after turn on wifi and bluetooth, there is a usb connected sound and bluetooth is turn off again, then try to turn on bluetooth again, if this situation happen, it mean the missing issue exist.
