Currently doing that. Totally possible. I don't even use the same model but they are all from TP-Link.

Just add the additional powerline adapter using the tpPLC app.

Wait, you can't have 2 powerline network in a home I afraid.

You can have multiple powerline adapters but they will be just 1 network.

Even AV500 is sufficient, HyppTV isn't that bandwidth hungry.

Got a chance to try TP-Link NC450 wireless network camera recently.

It was great. I never expect the firmware and features to be so good. The image quality is great as well.

Read my review of the camera here.

I need suggestion here. I used tplink archer c7 as wifi router and tplink wifi extender (WA850RE). My problem is my smart tv got intermittent connection due to low signal. My router is located far from the tv. my wifi extender only using 2.4Ghz and regularly disconnect. Do i need to buy powerline adapters, or any better solution for this?
*
Hi theROCKeteer, to pertaining your question. May i know how is the signal (bar) that you can receive at your Smart TV location? if that is 3 bar and above try to connect your Smart TV with WA850RE and see if the internet connection is improve or not. Let us know! wink.gif
However, with using of powerline adapter with Smart TV (Lan Connection) will give you excellent internet connection.

thank you.

I suggest you try using powerline adapters if possible, rather than the wifi extender. Connect the one of the powerline adapter directly to your router, and the other adapter to a power plug near the tv, and connect the tv to the adapter directly, via an Ethernet cable. Just be sure that your house does not have separate or three phase wiring, otherwise the powerline adapter won't work.

Thanks for the advice! thumbup.gif

Can I ask, my house is three phase system. My modem and router is installed upstairs. I want to use homeplug so that I can use hypptv downstairs since upstairs no TV. Will the homeplug work for this purpose on three phase system?

It won't work if your house is three phase, especially if your wiring upstairs and downstairs is on a completely different circuit. It still might work so I would try if I were you.

Please help

I recently purchase Archer C3150 and can connect to Unifi fine. But I have this problem now browsing certain page it says '192.168.0.1 refused to connect'. I can't access the tp link router from the browser. But when I ping it works fine. I end up need to restart the router everyday.

Any idea how to resolve?Attached Image

Firmware version?

Try reconfiguring the router. Do you change your DNS in the router?

Search for it on Lelong and Lazada. Prices range from RM1215+ to RM1599, depending on seller.

For TP Link C2, C5 & C7 router with USB ports.
I would like to know if above models support 3G/4G USB dongle for internet connection?
I tried to look on official website & downloaded user guide. There's nothing about this settings.
Can I use the USB port as 4G internet backup in case my unifi down?

No, it is only for network file sharing and printer sharing.

Hi I'm currently using maxis home fibre 10mbps, is the C9 Archer compatible with maxis?

I find that my range and speed with bundled maxis router very slow and limited
