This is the overall proposed development for the area (Provided they didn't get the WD Land) i see the current Plot 1 would be a better value especially for own stay with the facilities and the layout are more spacious.

Also if the market recovers and we will be sitting on a bull market when this project completes in another 24 months time.

went to see Sunway Serene earlier today. Seems like theres additional 25k rebate on top of the existing rebates pre-covid time. for the 897sf, the sales price will be around 620k which i believe is a good price tbh. Having been shoppin around for a property since 2016, this would be one of the fews that I actually love. But let me sleep on it first and decide tomorrow.

I rang up Sunway Serene hotline, seems the agent who answered my call is quite rude, telling me price is very low already, no more discount and cannot find anymore property at this price in this type of location.

Buyer market they still so arrogant? My friend's husband who's closely related to their top management said sales was really bad for this property but that was 2 years back during launch, not sure how many % sold by now. If they willing to give very good discount I can consider too

yup, I was shocked too when the sales person talked like this, but the advertisement outside posting 50K discount speaks louder.
arrogant, then I can always looks elsewhere.

This is why i don't like some property companies outsource their project sales to agent. some agent are just a pain in the ass. Previously this was under Sunway team but i think a year back or so they bought in the outsource and move their sales team elsewhere. Maybe cause the project take up rate is slow so they move their team to other jobs like Avilla and Geo Lake

mine to share detail of discount? or any idea of left unit? last time did plan to get the ~12xx sqft unit...

Left with Tower B for now. Probably higher floor units but its better to go there and have a look.

Ya, they outsource this to a property agency. However, for my case, they are very nice and helpful when comes to explaining to me about the property. I did not call them, they called me coz I signed up thru the advertisement in FB/Insta. Good service and nice showroom too; can have coffee or tea while discussing with them. Hahaha.

It depends on the unit but like one above mentioned, is plus minus 20% for the discount. As for the unit, Tower A left very very few units left during my viewing 3 weeks ago while Tower B has 50% occupied if I not mistaken. Since they are throwing out promo, I am sure many ppl will consider buying this property....

Depending on which block and floor you are taking ya... my guess is your unit is at a higher floor. We are talking about a high rise condo of 50-floors.... 1 floor difference is RM1k, if 30 floors then is around RM30k already.... roughly estimation only
