![]() This is the overall proposed development for the area (Provided they didn't get the WD Land) i see the current Plot 1 would be a better value especially for own stay with the facilities and the layout are more spacious. Also if the market recovers and we will be sitting on a bull market when this project completes in another 24 months time. |

went to see Sunway Serene earlier today. Seems like theres additional 25k rebate on top of the existing rebates pre-covid time. for the 897sf, the sales price will be around 620k which i believe is a good price tbh. Having been shoppin around for a property since 2016, this would be one of the fews that I actually love. But let me sleep on it first and decide tomorrow.

I rang up Sunway Serene hotline, seems the agent who answered my call is quite rude, telling me price is very low already, no more discount and cannot find anymore property at this price in this type of location.

It depends on the unit but like one above mentioned, is plus minus 20% for the discount. As for the unit, Tower A left very very few units left during my viewing 3 weeks ago while Tower B has 50% occupied if I not mistaken. Since they are throwing out promo, I am sure many ppl will consider buying this property.... |
