if someone will call and ask about other projects, you can always emphasize your strong points, and invite potential customer to come to their showroom.
If the sales person dont even know how to answer, he/she can politely request the potential customer to come and view their showroom.
NOT CHASE PEOPLE AWAY.
It this also cannot handle, then either the staff got problem or the training director is lousy!
