I rang up Sunway Serene hotline, seems the agent who answered my call is quite rude, telling me price is very low already, no more discount and cannot find anymore property at this price in this type of location.

yup, I was shocked too when the sales person talked like this, but the advertisement outside posting 50K discount speaks louder.
arrogant, then I can always looks elsewhere.

very lansi developer, called their office, they told me oversold and no discount what so ever, if cannot effort dont bother to come and view.

I was caught surprised by their attitude.

Even if you go find the person and make a big hooha there, they will not listen and grow up! Waste my time and energy on this people for what? I rather stay away.

good sales person will take every opportunity at hand, not being triggered and chase potential customer away.

Bad service means bad service, try to improve rather than blame it on customers.

ha. this voice down to training.

if someone will call and ask about other projects, you can always emphasize your strong points, and invite potential customer to come to their showroom.
If the sales person dont even know how to answer, he/she can politely request the potential customer to come and view their showroom.

NOT CHASE PEOPLE AWAY.

It this also cannot handle, then either the staff got problem or the training director is lousy!
