The shower glass wall so small it's basically useless lol. Aircon is Haier brand if not mistaken

Went and signed our S&P last weekend. Apparently, my agent told me many smaller unit sold out and left those few not-wanted floors... those bigger size unit not too much coz is still very expensive to others.
But from what I have seen, based on the location and developers in that area, the offer and price given by Sunway at the moment is very good. I would say if you can afford them, it will a definitely a good buy for own stay. I will definitely get a bigger unit like 15xx sqft if I have a bigger budget.... haha.

I can afford to buy a landed house with a bigger size in Cyberjaya than Sunway Serene for ownstay. I can even buy a landed house at Kota Kemuning.... I also can buy a 15xx sqft unit with the same price just beside MK... But, will it be a good stay? May be not, at least for me... So to answer your question, Yes, you can compare them. Coz I choose the location and also believe in the developer. Investment or ownstay, you definitely have to compare... is just a matter of choice. i saw ppl asking here for referral sharing.. is this for sunway employee or sunway property owner to refer someone buy serene and get $$$ to split?
i actually in talk with a SA from the gallery already. for this referral, will restart the process and deal with sunway group directly?

Definitely a top residential for own stay purposes. Too bad the budget is way out of my league, else I will pick this up in no time! Been to double digits properties this one still in my top 3 for own stay purpose. Great location, "personal" lake for the residents, close to Sunway Pyramid and not far away from 1U.
