Serene is looking good. Central PJ, progressing well, good layout, abundant facilities & amenities, reputable developer, not too clustered. What more can you ask for?

True. Serene is good as long as you appreciate that you'll surely need to drive out for amenities n commercial. Also beside factories lar.

The proximity to industrial area and more importantly the staff housing at sg way is something one needs to consider. I don’t think icon city is doing too well also and that is the closest condo

WD has already closed down. Waiting for the correct buyer for their land.

Sunway bought the previously Tamura factory land (Current known as X Park Sunway Serene)

Guess in the long run there will be more residential in this area once the economy stabilized back.

I like this project because they have own lakeside garden beside facility area's garden. When go out from the condo, is still surrounded by the green environment before back to busy highway ... smile.gif

Despite the lack of development at commercial at Icon City, residents unit are doing good now. The market getting less vacant unit nowadays. Rental also getting better now as compare to earlier

Buyer buy any Sunway Property (regardless price), will be entitled to be member of Sunway Property PALS?

Extra 3% is not bad.

Only for sunway property bought from directly from sunway. If sub-sale i don't think can qualify. (i might be wrong)

The qualification extend to Owner , Owner Parents & Owner immediate siblings.

What is the current market for the 892sqft. My mum house just beside it ss7/8. Most probably i will wait untill enter auction stage.

Now sure if current is still standard 20% bcz their ad now promoting additional 2% booked during MCO until 14 April.

Sunway should learn to give partly furnished and full furnished. Bare unit like Geolake Residence is damm plain.

if 12% vs 20%, i suggest take bare unit at 8% better, unless you very impress with the designed offer and can't wait to move in soon.
