Waiting for the correct buyer for their land.Sunway bought the previously Tamura factory land (Current known as X Park Sunway Serene) Guess in the long run there will be more residential in this area once the economy stabilized back. |

I like this project because they have own lakeside garden beside facility area's garden. When go out from the condo, is still surrounded by the green environment before back to busy highway ...

The market getting less vacant unit nowadays. Rental also getting better now as compare to earlier |
