For me, this is still a terrace house..but you can syiok sendiri to call it semi D..

In conclusion, I feel like u can't call this a semi-d. Coz it's just not.

So what is the argument here?..why somebody want to market it as semi D..it is just not! It is just overpriced linked house.

Not sure what is the argument here, why so bother about semi-d or link house? no one will even bother if you stay in semi-d or link house.

When a new product is introduced into the market, it always causing confusion. Last when the iPad is launched, tablet is never exists in the market, so some say it is a computer, some say it is the smartphone.

If giving a chance, I wouldn't call this pavilion home as Semi-D nor Linked house, it should be called as Quarter-D

Im just opening up the picture of how these terms are officialised and some are as of/or construction terms.

Actiually ew launches these types of homes in eco grandeir and eco forest.......i dun see any buyers debating about of they are smds.

The line is cleared....if they are not bungalow or smd they are links....even if you dun recognised the joining part is party wall.

Actually this concept is not new....ytl also launched similar homes in lake edge over 10 yrs ago.....surprising also called it pavillion, garden and one other name..
