Zero lot bungalow still have minimum 4ft on 1 side..not attached directly to the fence like this..u must be confused.

It better be..otherwise the commercial area will be a failure..by opening the access it will allow traffic flow thru EA..otherwise the road will be dead end, nobody will be there..
