there are many reports and tests done on HTC...but none of them is conclusive enuf......

therefore it boils down to the perception of individuals......and its more difficult to change this perception than actual scientific research and answers.

Same like USJH........big big HTC runs across the development......but developer still built and still sold........but I am not sure what is the price differentiation in selling price, new or subsale btw those units close to HTC and away from HTC.

You can justify it by all sort of hybrid n design differentiation but you need to look at yr spa....does it say outloud rumah teras 2 tingkat or macam rumah tingkat tapi macam smd. Qua pun tak tahu...

I open to new design....pushing the boundaries. Its the peopl that bought it or about to buy it wanting it to be higher spec which is not.
