If buy for own stay, very depending on individual preferences. Need to personally go 'feel' it urself. Btw, if not mistaken, foreigner only allow to buy landed strata in S'gor, which is EA in this case.

General comparison between EA vs. SEP
~ Land title: Strata vs individual
~ House design: Uniform vs variation
~ Renovation: Limited vs flexible with conditions
~ Greenery: Less vs more (New vs matured)
~ Density: Higher vs lower
~ Psf price: Higher vs lower
~ Security & maintenance: Strata development has upper hand in paper but in real world both some what similar.
