I think you need to login into your digi account and click on link " i received my sim" then you will get port in / out request
*
I didn't see any links like that. This is not a MNP process, but an upgrade from prepaid to postpaid.

My prepaid SIM card is already Infinite 150. What I want now is to change the current SIM card that I cut manually to nano size with the new one that have arrived just yesterday.

Please provide some input guys.

Currently a Digi user. Internet speed in my speed is roughly 10 ~ 15 (sometimes 20+) at off peaks, 5 ~ 10 when at peak hours. Is it still a good deal to invest 150 monthly along with an ~RM400 router?

Yes for many reasons.
- no contract
- can be your portable wifi
- worry free for quota

If you plan to do the traditional port forwarding and expose cctv stream to internet, you're most likely out of luck because Digi LTE is NAT-ed. In other word, you are not able to expose your web services to external web, unless you're using third party relay server to do so.

I'm considering digi infinite 150 for CCTV usage too cause there's no fibre optic coverages at my location. My plan is to insert the sim into a mifi or router then connect the cctvs to the network for remote viewing. So this is not possible using digi broadband?

Thanks in advance. Sorry I'm not familiar with broadband.

Just received my Huawei E5186s-22a. CA supported, phone works and working IPV6.

Will provide a firmware update guide if anyone is interested. smile.gif

Still trying to get VoLTE to work. Currently, the modem will drop back to 3G when I use the phone

Any phone should be fine.

I am on a 310 firmware as well but the status page is bugged on my browser. Can you show your system information page here?

My current firmware have fully working IPV6 and it is able to display the signal information, LTE band and CA status.

This device should support VoLTE but it is not configured with Digi profile.

China warranty only, but usually huawei modems rarely break down, unless power surge by lightning which pretty voids the warranty anywhere

I'm using it my for my cctv using hikvision cameras, since I don't use the ezviz cloud I just use portforwarding on the router with vpn.
Technically with ipv6, you can connect to your cameras without portfowarding, still figuring out how to properly setup ipv6.

So once setup digi apn profile, can make calls/receive on VoLTe without it dropping to 3g? Even if the person calling don't have VoLTE enabled?

It is not APN, it is VoLTE profile while I couldn't get it to work as well.

Thanks. Sorry if off topic but may I know what's port forwarding? I need to change some settings before using instead of just turn on the modem and connect it with the cctv. I plan to use xiao fang cameras. 5 of them.
