i just open account with rakuten,

for deposit right,

there was warning i cannot deposit using 3rd party account,
what does that suppose to mean?

my withdrawal account i already put maybank,
but what if wanted to deposit using my Cimb,
isit fine?

Yes, it means source of deposit MUST be your name only

May i ask how long does it takes for selling share amount to be transferred back to your profile?

Is there anywhere saying our money deposited into trust account is insured or safe from rakutentrade/kenanga in case of insolvency? Can't seem to find it in FAQ.

Anyone faced any issue before when you tried to submit a SELL order but being rejected? (Have enough shares on hand, not short selling)

did a silly mistake of not picking my stock in the contra account for today T+2 after 5pm. On monday they will force sell my stock on market opening rate?

today after 5pm, system is under maintance till until now 11pm

In the iSPEED app, check the average acquisition price on your portfolio by tapping on green bars directly below your "Realized / Unrealized L/P". It will toggle between different infos of the stocks you bought, one of them will be your buying price.

That's what I find REALLY annoying about Rakuten Trade. They should pick better time to do their maintenance because that's exactly when we need to check on our portfolio.

Try email them on it before Monday.

I once too forgot to pick up my share but the CS staff asked me to email them before T3.

What's the reason of rejection?

Helping my dad to ask, they're under maintenance now unable to login, he can't remember if there's any reason given.
He used Rakuten for many years never encounter this before, this is the 1st time.
Looks scary if you want to sell but unable to sell

He used the japan website for many years? thought rakuten trade just launched in 2017.

usually maintenance will be after 5 pm cut off time

Which sucks cuz that's the time I normally review the trades I did for the day

rakuten platform is the worst..order keyed in will get stuck with no acknowledgement more than 20mins this morning..prepare to get burn !!
