Anyone faced any issue before when you tried to submit a SELL order but being rejected? (Have enough shares on hand, not short selling)

Really terrible trading platform, just registered not long ago, both me and my dad's account also faced lots of technical issues. Thinking of switching platform now.
Btw, previously I highlighted an error, where my dad failed to place a SELL order on his existing shares, he tried many times kept failing, Rakuten only replied after 2 weeks that their system encountered errors. This is a real warning, if we can't even sell our shares due to technical glitch |

Useless platform, other than M+ being the cheaper options, any more reliable broker with more stable platform? I can accept about 0.1%, min RM 10 fees.

Jumping ship to either Maybank or HL, already submitted to Maybank going to submit to HL too. Hopefully they're more stable, just worried that others are having issues too due to the high volume
