System can crashed. Orders all suspended. Can cause you to miss Bursa opening and closing orders.

Orders can be gone missing due to system error without you realising while trading!

Hello all,

I opened up a Rakuten trade cash account on 23rd April 10am.

received an email to verify my email, clicked on it, then i received an email saying email verified successful.

By right its suppose to get the account done within 2 hours isnt it?

up until now i still have not received anything.

How long does it take for your guys to receive your cash account?

I see. That mean i can deposit using my cimb right.

Can someone recommend a better broker with reasonable fees, need to change liao

Is it Rakuten Trade nature of business is to lag out during market start? Which is the most critical time for trading?

Its strange that no one really bothers to read the basics first before start investing.

New orders immediately acknowledged and can amend/cancel, only GTD and orders made before market open still stuck at new-amo status

How can we subscribe for rights issue and also the free warrant under Rakuten? I have some Jaks shares and it seems that for every 4 shares held, one can get rights issue to buy 2 additional shares @40 cents each + 1 free warrant BUT we  must subscribe to the rights issue. Would like to get the rights issue to buy the additional  2 shares @40 cents and 1 free warrant but am at a loss how to do so. Appreciate some help.
