Helping my dad to ask, they're under maintenance now unable to login, he can't remember if there's any reason given.
He used Rakuten for many years never encounter this before, this is the 1st time.

Say that I want to buy a stock at a spcified price, I just nned to enter the price that i wish to buy and wait for ppl that are willing to sell at the price , right ? the order type need to select limit or market ? Once the seller accept , how to make payment ?

Do you mean I nned to transfer the money from my bank to rakuten account? How to do that? Of just ensure sufficient money inside the bank account, and just link the bank Acc to rakuten account, and the transaction will be done automatically if I choose limit order?

Nope...i checked already the fees are separately charged. I will gather some screenshots and send to Rakuten for their clarification.

2. mean to say rakuten is also a brokerage firm like kenanga and not merely a trading platform? hence what i do in raguten hv nothing to do with kenanga? if that is the case, can i still buy sell via kenanga cds using raguten? or naturaly all transaction is effected in rakuten cds n i dont hv choice to opt for kenanga cds?

Hi Rakuten, can you please help explain how your limit buy function work? I am new to trading.
Example just now dnex was 0.75 and bcs i had to go out and cannot monitor the market for the rest of the day i set the limit to sell at 0.71, But everything was immediately sold at 0.75.

Thanks, I read and know what's market order. Just want to confirm if indeed will work. Dont' want a shock at filling at a price much lower... One problem of Bursa is it is not very fluid like US markets... meaning the prices filled can deviate a lot if there's no pending order queue for next tick.

I read if withdraw money from rakuten b4 3pm will get the same day?
So far I only gotten an email that says withdrawal successfull but the money still not in my bank account, is this normal? Still have to wait for bank to clear it or something?
