Get Maybank "2 cards" (Amex) or Public Visa Signature/Quantum if you want to get another RM5-6 savings on your Unifi expense every month.
How much % using Maybank "2 cards" (Amex).tq.

QUOTE(zeronehza @ Jul 20 2017, 03:30 PM) voice will be charge at normal rate, no everywhere id for biz lite, i own 2 line unifi lite. Unifi Lite 10 (NP:RM149) is the upgrade product for Unifi VIP 5 (NP:RM149) under Broadband Improvement Plan 2017.rm 199 is for internet speed 10mbps only.. btw someone share this... will unifi lite 10mb will get free upgrade to 30mb... just curious.. Unifi Lite 10 (NP:RM149) will not be upgraded to Unifi Advance 30 under BIP 2017. Only Unifi VIP 10 (NP:RM199) will be upgraded to Unifi Advance 30 (NP:RM199) under BIP 2017. Probably Unifi Lite 10Mbps will be upgraded to 20Mbps only in 2019. Double Speed in 2 years as per Budget 2017. Also, SUBB's project requirement is 20Mbps (not 30Mbps). I'm quite sure I don't need a higher speed...have already downloaded the internet and dunno what to do anymore (
But seriously speaking, the higher upload rate of Unifi Lite vis-a-vis Streamyx's anemic crawl is a great relief. Uploading audio tracks in .wav format is no longer a slow and painful process. One song can have 5 to 9 tracks with dry/wet versions sometimes having 2 or 3 takes per track. And uploading RAW images is also a breeze now. I'm rather happy! |

Hi guys... thanks for responding... ☺
I gave rating 1 to TM and they called back... so I blah x3 to them.... demand different installer to rectify... So the boss of the first installer came n admitted shitty job was done... Now wiring layout remain same but neater and the hole sealed. And he returned my RM60. So apologetic some more... dunno if acting or sincere.. . But will give him benefit of the doubt lah... Lesson of the day: don't let contractor pull a fast one... u have the right to demand a decent job! 😅 |

QUOTE(nmb3rs @ Jul 19 2017, 04:36 PM) I see there are alot of confusion about the black cable not being optic fiber. The installer told me about the black cable being able to split into 2... one is for mounting/anchoring purpose....Let me help to clear this up, for FTTH installation, the cable that comes from the pole is indeed optic fiber and it is black in colour. There are 2 strands in it, optic fiber and a cable that is used to tie to the mounting on your house and the other end on the pole. The black cable goes all the way inside the house to the FWS. The FWS is normally placed near the BTU. FWS is connected to BTU via a white fibre optic cable. According to my installer, they no longer install FTB (dont mind this tho, as there will be less losses coz using lesser interconnects. if possible i want a single long strand of fiber all the way from the fibre on the pole without any connectors in between to my BTU, but wont be possible. haha. fiber optic connectors are very sensitive especially to dust. POLE --- (black cable) ---> EXT HOUSE WALL (coiled round without case) --- (black cable)---> INSIDE HOUSE WALL --- (black cable) ---> FWS (mounted on wall near BTU) --- INSIDE HOUSE WALL (white cable) ---> BTU To me, the cable looks like telephone cable.... 🤔🤔🤔 |

Maybe we can unbundle HyppTV a few months later. HyppTV locked in for only 12 months instead of 24 months. They will introduce Unifi RM99 pack to kill Streamyx 1/2/4. |

Yes come to think of it, you may be right!!Maybe we can unbundle HyppTV a few months later. HyppTV locked in for only 12 months instead of 24 months.
