13/10 - 1 or 2/11. There is no T&C on spending categories.. I will mostly use it for groceries and dining. If no min spending then this card is better than Affin Vs for paywave spending.. Havent call bank to ask my statement date too

Just went to the POS Office near my house, and asked to pay bills. Surprisingly, most of the bills can be paid after I ask over the counter

Most of the government bills will require you to bring a physical copy, as they need to send the bill to the local council
Other than that, they just need your Bill's account number, and then they can help make the payment

    - Cukai Taksiran: Bring the physical copy bill
    - Water bill: Recommend to bring the physical copy bill
    - Cukai Petak: Bring the physical copy bill
    - Indah Water
    - TNB
    - TIME: Need Invoice number
    - PTPTN
    - Road Tax and Car Insurance
    - Celcom (Not sure other Telcos like Digi, Maxis, etc)

Didn't manage to ask Astro and Unifi since I did not subscribe. But I believe can be paid as well. I think they are using POS Online system, but with more options and payment methods to pay.

I also asked whether can I pay my life or medical Insurance. They say can also but its has to be co-branded with POS.

faster to fill up the CC Application form, compile income docs, and submit to the nearest branch 

final update 6 Nov: called CS again to followup escsalation report (created since 10 Oct). no updates from branch side. CS promised to contact the branch PIC to follow up my case.

later in the evening, branch PIC contacted me via whatsapp to request for documents:

1. payslip bulan 10
2. bank statement bulan 10
3. kwsp 25
4. Copy ic

sign 1 page on the cc application form, PIC said no need fill details as he requested details via whatsapp directly from me. he will fill up the form himself.

it seems like the MAP application portal is basically USELESS and just redirect to respective branch to follow-up & process application. 

basically, no cc application automation. to get bank muamalat card faster, better walk-in branch and fill in the cc application form (or prefill first before going)

I just noticed Bank Muamalat sent me the wrong card! they sent me VI instead EON VI. Before that I have the feeling they are going to send the wrong card due to the PDF form they asked to fill, do not have the card option of EON VI.  I highlighted and reminded twice to the bank staff to ensure they don't send the wrong card. End up still sending the wrong card.
