Last time, non approved helmet, u can go jpj to apply for 'personal collection' . But now, not sure, cos they din address this issue.

If your helmet ship tru poslaju/ems, very high chance will kena kastam inspect.

I see , any idea what rating the "something something" 2.2 is? I've never heard of that before haha. Yeah, the helmet I was eyeing for isn't available here in Malaysia, it's the limited edition Ruroc Atlas Ronin , comes with free smoked visor. Any idea whether the 10% tax is still going on ? Coz if the cost exceeds 4k and whatnot, then it's not worth it haha

its ece 22.05. which ruroc said the helmet has got that certification.

u hv to make sure tht its got tht tag on the strap n also on the visor, cos tht visor also need to hv tht certification aswell.
i dont know bout tax for helmet, cos motor helmet is under restricted, or larangan to import.

Who here doesn't minat buy helmet. I very minat too but cash flow very limited. The ruroc helmet has nice graphics but just got the HJC IS-Max 2

third party shipping company, u need to ask how n using wht method they ship frm say usa. if poslaju / usps better avoid.

shipment tht handle by agents, hv better chance of 'lepas'.

for eg, those taobao  shipment. almost always lepas one.

i need to change my visor anf the upper lining too since i've used it everyday for the last 3 years. the visors are around rm250++ and the upper lining im not sure....

all and all the thing will worth the same price as a newly helmet .... or that is my only excuse to get a new helmet lol!
