Regarding the market premium that we pay, will it be redeemed when we sell? Else that is an additional 5% that I am concerned about.

Ok, finally understand. 0.79% (Buying fee) +5.2% (Market Premium) + 2% (Selling fee) + 2% (Storage Fee PA). Total 10%. Its definitely not worth buying via Hello Gold for now

previously got sell market premium also, but we managed to get them to remove it.

Thanks for the info. In this case I am not entering into HelloGold for now. Will monitor this thread for all the latest info.

just received RM10 equivalent value of gold today but still no sign of RM10 in TnG. WTH

1. Gold prices will be displayed as ‘buy price’ and ‘sell price’. This will be a single and final value.
2. The value of the gold you own will be displayed according to its selling price.

These changes will be implemented with the launch of our next update in July. As these improvements require a rebuild of certain parts of our system, you will need to update your HelloGold app upon the release to continue using it smoothly.
