We’ve got some important news to share! In line with our commitment to continuously improve our platform to serve you better, we’ll be making some changes to the way prices are displayed on the HelloGold app.

First, it’s important to know why we’re making these changes. It has become clear to us that our customers struggle to compare our prices against other gold providers in the market. You told us it should be easier; we heard you and now we’re making changes.

This change will ensure you’re able to directly compare HelloGold’s competitive prices against other merchants without any manual maths and complexities. In addition to that, as we offer HelloGold services to more savers beyond the region, it’ll allow us to work with more bullion suppliers.

Second, this feature update will affect several areas within the app. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Gold prices will be displayed as ‘buy price’ and ‘sell price’. This will be a single and final value.
2. The value of the gold you own will be displayed according to its selling price.

These changes will be implemented with the launch of our next update in July. As these improvements require a rebuild of certain parts of our system, you will need to update your HelloGold app upon the release to continue using it smoothly. So if you face any difficulties accessing your app, check your store for updates.
