Long time ago I also get blacklisted because celcom said I got 150 to clear... End up can only goto center to do. After that whenever I mnp out. I make sure I double paid the amount . I don want repest job. As not to worry for all big 4 telco they will after that send back the extra u paid before in cheque. I did receive from maxis , umobile and digital before. They make only return to u after 3-5 mo this. I don care. I just want to be clean .

They can't remove me from blacklisted through phone ? It's crazy umobile center is not many ..... I'm living in kampung I have to travel 1 hr ++ to the center to terminate it ...omg ..wasting my petrol and time .

how to identify if volte is enabled?

based on DiGi's website (which also has volte), http://new.digi.com.my/services/volte, I see that I've enabled voice and data in 4g (the ui is a bit different from the one in the pic but its just the order between 4g and voice n data is swapped)

I have just switched on wifi calling on 6s plus. Call in and out surprisingly works even if I switch on airplane mode. But sometimes when I try to call someone multiple times at very close interval, I got the caller message, number is busy now blah blah, have to switch off the wifi, then only it works.

While one of my friend's S7 edge if turn on airplane mode, it doesn't work and I can't even tell whether wifi calling is activated because on 6s plus, you would know as the status bar shows "U Mobile WiFi"

Eh...interest to know this feature as so far I NVR try umobile SIM on my iPhone. If I use wi-fi calling . Is that mean at home it will use wi-fi to makes and receive call ? This might help my house um signal issue as umobile signal is ok at the front part of the house but by weak at kitchen area

Yes in theory it does but there's some factors that could affect your experience, correct me if I'm wrong

-you'll need iphone 5s or newer to use wifi calling (not sure 5c surports since I'm using an iphone 5 which doesn't surports wifi calling - iphone 5 and 5c internal specs such as the processor is the same a6 processor)
- wifi signal could affect the ability (poor signal could affect quality of the experience or maybe not even a call/sms comes through (if only wifi -with airplane mode on)

**I'm guessing some of my information maybe wrong and some of them are correct, I'm using an iphone 5 which doesn't surports wifi calling, not even their lte service in PJ/KL.

Hi guys, wanna ask simple a question. So I've paid my postpaid bill through CIMB Clicks itself on last Friday, but in the U Mobile app, the outstanding fee is still there. Or will it only be updated by tmr Monday?

Basically, the idea is that, if connected to a decent Wifi network and in area/currently suffering from poor GSM network.. Can still make calls... In some cases, even higher quality calls than obtainable from a regular cell tower.

Generally speaking, it's safer to pay 3 working days before due date if you pay via bank online. If less than 3working days then pay directly to Telcos app.

Back to your question, what time on Friday did you make the payment? If before 5pm there is a chance payment will be made to UMobile but you may not be see the update tomorrow, (Monday). This my experience.

I think the others have answered you. Personally, my own spot at office has poor mobile reception, so sometimes making calls is almost impossible. But now with this wifi calling, regardless of calling in and out, the quality is crystal clear.

It is really good except when few occassions I was trying to call my client, 1st time was ok, 10 seconds later I made second call, it didn't go through and I got the auto-reply message,"the number is busy now bla bla" sweat.gif So I turned back my phone network back and like usual I move from my spot to another to make calls and it worked.
