umobile in my area (pasir gudang) getting better and better. i dont know about you guys

sometimes can stream youtube 1080p without lag. i thought UM have capped youtube speed to 360p only

1 year umobile customer , switched to other telco last year . The signal was great in some areas and very poor signal in kampung. Anyway , umobile drives me crazy ...umobil . centre checked that I don't have any overdue amount but then it's blacklisted ! They said it's system errors and they can't do anything about it wtf ,......., I wanna purchase something from other telco always the same error 'payment overdue 'omgggggg

Probably a trick to get you to port back in... Let me guess, if you do, everything will become magically alright huh....

Then u should ask them return all ur previous fees that you pay them. Immediately they will able to dig out ur information from their recycle bin

so angry about it , I already fully paid last year their system showing no oustanding bill but blacklisted me ..... .ill never go back to umobile ...wasting my time .... as u know umobile service center is not many.lowsy system

Yes, if this happened then it is not using video onz. Could be using yr normal data pull which is not capped to 1.5mbps like video onz.... but not unlimited like h98 video onz...

Long time ago I also get blacklisted because celcom said I got 150 to clear... End up can only goto center to do. After that whenever I mnp out. I make sure I double paid the amount . I don want repest job. As not to worry for all big 4 telco they will after that send back the extra u paid before in cheque. I did receive from maxis , umobile and digital before. They make only return to u after 3-5 mo this. I don care. I just want to be clean .

As long as you getting new carrier update at iphone, you should able to use VoLTE
