My reload from lazada monday night was rejected by them. Is this the reason why got rejected?

1 year umobile customer , switched to other telco last year . The signal was great in some areas and very poor signal in kampung. Anyway , umobile drives me crazy ...umobil . centre checked that I don't have any overdue amount but then it's blacklisted ! They said it's system errors and they can't do anything about it wtf ,......., I wanna purchase something from  other telco always the same error 'payment overdue 'omgggggg

For Samsung, open Phone app, dial *0011#. If you are using phone that has dual SIM, you will see STACK 1 and STACK 2. To check which band you're on on SIM 1 slot, select STACK 1, or STACK 2 for SIM 2 slot.
Then you will see the Band number.
Band 1: 2100MHz (3G only)
Band 3: 1800MHz (2G and 4G LTE)
Band 5: 850MHz (webe's LTE only)
Band 7: 2600MHz (4G LTE only)
Band 8: 900MHz (2G and 3G only)
Band 38: 2500MHz (Yes 4G LTE only)

Waze wouldnt utilize much of your data, be rest assured.  But I have never tried running waze when the 1GB data has run out and we fall back on the basic internet monthly. If it runs as well, then I would say its unlimited usage for waze.

Your case is still okay lor. For me, the app crashed when trying to load the main page. Me on Android 4.1.2
