I think MBB made a big mistake of taking off the 5% weekend CB previously. The big pools of Amex users decided not to use the Amex card n subsequently merchants also stop accepting d card. All its effort of building up biz for Amex just gone down d drain. Hope MBB learns the lesson n retains this benefit.

I did the transaction during 22 April mid night 2AM (Saturday) and received MSOS Code stated 22/04/2017 as well, but when I check via maybank2u just now, it showed my transaction was on 21 April (Friday) which not entitle for cash back... by the way, it is Traveloka app transaction for flight/hotel booking

Any chance that I can email them the prove and dispute?

If their gateway is overseas and their local time is Friday, I believe the transaction would be recorded on Friday too.

i have clear all my outstanding bill with PTPTN, and my record with m2u cards was superb.

Somehow Maybank still reject my application for the Maybank ikwan Petronas Card.

More like have to pay extra to enable, some people feel it's not worth the hassle to enable.

But I still can find many of my regular places with accept Amex so I'm not fussed.

because now petrol stations and other merchants already starting to enforce PIN since early April. treat it as education-stage.

coming 1 July, it will be mandatory to enter PIN.
