So far, the only repayment loan I heard that can accept CC as payment method is PTPTN. LOL

Not for Maybank cards, at least on my M2Cards MasterCard and Ikhwan MasterCard.

Where to get CCRIS and CTOS report? Is it free?
*
CCRIS: go to BNM. It'll be FOC. You can go to CTOS but fee is RM 10 I think.
CTOS: online vis CTOS website. FOC.
CTOS Score: not FOC.

Yes but they will still consider gross income.
*
After that, they will ask about your monthly commitment.

For PB, they separate into two: bank related and non-bank related.

Yeah, still a fan of SMS TAC. CIMB has the Secure TAC pretty long ago but I don't use it because it's more of an inconvenience to me.
*
Secure TAC or TAC on Mobile?

You should take out your first four lines, those will be included in May cash back as the transaction date falls in May.
Also take out your transaction on 17th April - Shell, it wasn't a weekend transaction.
*
Posting date you meant I believe.

I'm in Seoul now, all shops that I went accept AmEx without me checking in advance. I gave my card and they swiped, less than 5s, slip printed and transaction is done.

No PIN, no signature but not Wave, just swipe. A bit dangerous but I find it convenient, however being in Seoul I'm not so much worried.
*
You can even buy a sandwich or a cup of Americano with CC at their convenience store.

Lots of the more advance countries accepts CC as a better form of payment because they don't have to be scared to be robbed.

I swipe my CC with only 1 pound purchase at Sainsbury UK
*
Part of it could be the fee that the banks charge the merchant is low too.

Compared to here, some merchant charge up to 2% extra to use CC.

Use your credit card in overseas if the exchange rate drop or you are running out of cash. As simple as that

How you know the forex rate is up or down during your travel?

I believe if you have access to the internet, should be able to check.

However, I think using cc with 2.5% surcharge is better than converting our ringgit to other currency when desperate.
*
I'm not comfortable of bringing pile of cash out in my wallet.
Since fruitie is a South Korea, how thick are those wons ... blush.gif

It's not genius or what.
It's the fact that you didn't understand the T&C.
