Guys, I noticed I still have some quota for this month and plan to pay UniFi on Saturday. Just wondering based on your experience, how long will it be posted? Is it only during working days? My mistake for not paying last week.

Got it! Eh, I think I can use to pay for Astro too. I just recalled my sister asked me to pay for my parents' UniFi from this month onward.
Will check it out later if it has Astro, else I just stick to UniFi.
It's OK because I usually pay with UOB YOLO. Just to fill up till RM 800.

1) you swiped on Apr weekends, have you checked in M2U Transaction History for Amex? Do you see the cashback?

the line should look like this:


2) If no cashback seen, kindly screenshot the transaction history and post here. Hide personal details or locations.

3) How many total transactions that you did on Apr weekends using Amex? Watson's only? If yes, what's the amount? Less than RM20?

4) You may or may not see the cashback in the monthly statement. your statement date could be earlier or later than 1 May. when is your statement date?

I think Lazada is accepting AMEX now? When I try to put my AMEX card number the AMEX logo shows up

Wow, thanks bro! I was trying to do it within M2U and never managed to do it. Now I know it can be done via CDM and IBG from other banks saves me a tonne of headache!

Coz his transactions are yet to be posted.

Because he uses the CL so much, he has to always clear the balance asap to use again.

If he uses M2U, he can't see the transactions so he can't pay them.

Eg - He swiped PayPal 4k. Yet to be posted but he knows he used 4k already. So he IBG 4K to offset and continue doing his business.

you cannot transfer more than the outstanding balance via m2u

Yes. myTNB Apps and myTNB SELF SERVICE PORTAL (https://www.mytnb.com.my/) BOTH accept AmEX for bill payment.

You can use m2u to pay your TNB with AMEX as well

yes but their salary conversion is 1 to 1 ... in order for me to get VS I need 9K USD a month salary ... I'm just a bit shy to reach that

Anyone here's made purchases at Fave Groupon using MBB credit cards? I made a purchase and paid with MBB Visa without MSOS being triggered. I was concerned about security issues, so contacted Fave CS and was informed MSOS should be triggered by credit card bank provider. Is that true? Anyway, I've emailed MBB regarding the issue, awaiting their reply.

It depends where their payment gateway server is located at. If Emirates, since their base is at Dubai, I will assume they may follow Dubai's time zone which is 4 hours behind Malaysia.

So to play safe, I usually pay on Saturday's evening, by then even the latest time zone is already on Saturday.

Most airlines online payment gateway is in the US, so they all follow US time zone. This also applies to Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, EVA Air etc online booking. If you want to book a Malaysia Airlines ticket online on a Saturday with your MBB2 AMEX and get 5% cash back, always buy your ticket after 2pm on Saturday Malaysian time. But to be absolutely safe, buy it after 6pm on Saturday.
Tell them you want to apply for a credit card by pledging fixed deposit. You can't withdraw the fixed deposit as long as your credit card is active. This is what we call a secured credit card by fixed deposit.
