If you enter after June 2010, you don't receive it anymore.

Never believe any rumours about salary in Petronas. Most likely disseminated by one unit in HR ... they seem to believe that this will make people happy ... these HR people needs to get their head checked.

Dealing with Petronas HR requires patience. I got recommended last 2 weeks. waiting for the letter for medical check-up. follow ups have been done every 2 days.

After reading other's experience, I hope it doesn't happen to me.

Now, can only follow up and hope that everything resolves quickly.

I can't really name the HR person but he is from the OPU (Pet Dag) that called me up for interview.

So far, he is helpful and willing to tend my calls.

QUOTE(mangoman @ Mar 16 2013, 08:34 AM)
Most likely contract staff or direct hire, and most likely also he is a non-exec.

And to add to that, direct hire can be used to fill in exec or non exec position. So if non exec position, so of course the pay would not be on the high side.
