Not possible. Fresh grads in Petronas is getting 4K. If he is a PE, after 1 year his salary will increase to 5K

Most likely contract staff or direct hire, and most likely also he is a non-exec.

what is mean by direct hire? mean he doesn't go through all the SI ?
he went KLCC for interview,
and what surprise me is , he is getting <2.5k.... ??
LOL such a big different if hire directly ??

And to add to that, direct hire can be used to fill in exec or non exec position. So if non exec position, so of course the pay would not be on the high side.

ic, but im not sure if he is permanent or contract basic, but that salary really shock me,
even im not at the operator side oso much higher than him smile.gif
