Development Division is also called DD, it is under PCSB, it looks into redevelopment/rejuv on the brown field as well as green field project.

Yes, DD is a big Division, almost 1400 people underneath it. The SGM is a good friend.

Why the heck PCSB doesnt have standard format for technical report? i.e. method statement, hot work procedures, daily progress report etc. Different contract holder different format..different contractor different format...i wonder PCSB doen't have ISO meh???

I also don't know...one of our friend here submit the medical report on Friday (one day after me), and yet he still manage to get the offer letter next working day (on monday)...

Maybe he dealt with a different HR person ...... insyaallah dapat tu ....

Different HR deal things differently.

AFAIK, the one who handle RAPID new intakes are doing efficient jobs; they answered your phone calls, replied your emails promptly and prepared your offer letter accordingly, as opposed to their colleagues who handle Carigali's.

erm.... i got a friend who enter Petronas recently , he work in klcc office, bt he told me he is getting <3K for salary ??
is petronas paying so low? or its different for each department ?

btw my friend is a fresh petroleum eng grad.

Not possible. Fresh grads in Petronas is getting 4K. If he is a PE, after 1 year his salary will increase to 5K

Probably direct hire contract or outsource contract
N not everone entered petronas will get 4 n above

Most likely contract staff or direct hire, and most likely also he is a non-exec.

It can mean a whole load of things. My understanding on how things work is like this ....

1. You pass the SI
2. You wait for info on the SI
3. You are informed that the medical letter will be sent out
4. You wait for the medical letter
5. You submit your medical checkup
6. You get the offer letter

If during any of the process you get and HR person that couldn't care less about you and the company ....... be prepared to be extra patient. It can be a long drawn out process.
