Most Switch Games should support handheld mode right?

A bit confused on the motion control, I remember Zelda BOTW requires it for some puzzles. Does the Lite model have it?

The price for the lite version is actually very expensive. It's almost the same price as the current switch with less features. Also the Nintendo introductory video that's busy talking about the what the Nintendo Switch Lite cannot do is not helping.

OG Switch is getting a refresh as well it seems. A new processor and flash storage chips According to FCC filings.

It wasn't such a problem, except that during the launch, Maxsoft shoved the game bundles down the throats of the customers, and it was sold at RM1.9-2.2k because of that. Currently you can get OG Switch for RM1.1k if you really look around. But assuming google currency conversion, RM800-1200 +- conversion, that's RM400++ difference which makes it tempting for families to pick up a new one for their kids. If anything, on-the-fence buyers who has been waiting to grab a new Switch will now have to really consider if they want a true portable, or do they want a portable-console. I won't talk about the Pro version since details are too sketchy, and the available theories are just too far-fetched. The price seems right (if you look at the price of the Switch + bundle when launched)

Besides, looking at certain demographics, RM800+ for a true portable + joystick with really good family control over wireless? (at least better than any other companies), throw in Nintendo Online Access (if you subscribe to it), it becomes a somewhat attractive package. The only thing we don't know is if they bumped the storage from 32GB to anything higher or not.

Its just a change in the chip to hamper the hackers who a lot of them buy the OG Switch for modding / pirating / homebrew reasons.

So with rumours of the new Switch 2019 hitting end of this year, I cant decide if I want to get a Switch now or just wait until the refreshed version comes out

UPDATE:

Bought the Switch anyway, starting off with Zelda and Mario Kart 8. Feels really good in the hands too

Interest to Nintendo switch but very new to this unit. Saw many people selling their game. The game is transferable? Or no copyright issue?

If you no plan to get DLC (region lock), physical copy basically no difference if u play EU in US account.
Aside from that, you also cannot claim the gold coin under reward cause differ region.
