It seems that the Switch smartphone app will be available now, but will only start service when Splatoon 2 will be released. Moreover, it appears that only US and Australia can download it now. I wonder if Malaysia or other countries will have this app, but I guess if Miitomo isn't downloadable in Malaysia, then I guess it's not available for us?
I got mine from Impulse Gaming, so it would be a good place to start with.

Thank you for reading.

Even the switch parental app is not available also.
Nintendo think there are no users from other countries meh... doh.gif

How does one still not have a US or Japanese account for apps. It's kinda essential tbh especially if you want most apps availability. Just make an account.

Yeah low chance of it being available in other regions for the app. They kinda only support like 42 countries only base on eShop at least. Mostly NA and EU. Only Asian country which is supported are like Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan aside from JP and it's not even on Wii U support last time, just 3DS. So yeah.

The online app can be logged in now, although it's very very barebones in there.

Useless Nintendo. Discord, WhatsApp, even bloody calling your mates and talking on the phone is much better than this horseshit.

Just bought a copy of Splatoon 2 from Lazada. RM244 after Maybank Wednesday discount of RM15. Worth getting if you are looking for a copy. Delivery starts tomorrow. Hopefully can on launch day. Hehe.

Thinking of getting the Nyko Clip Grip. Charges both joy con and your phone. Lolz.

First Nintendo Switch ROM dumps released.

It's only a matter of time before USF2:TFC gets its due "treatment". Then see that thing languishes in the "tak laku" bin because Capcom refuses to be sensible with its pricing.

Yeah but people get it a bit early.

Also the voice app doesn't look so bad. Just tried it by creating a room on online lounge mode. When you create a room, you'll receive a notification on the phone and it redirects you to it, and you can just voice chat there with your phone mic.

Since the app and voice chat is only for friends purpose only and can't be used publicly, seems ok. App seems more intended to be used with your smartphone built-in mic rather than external mics lol. Pitty those who wants to use headphones and some external mic, definitely troublesome and tideous rofl.

Also the bad things about the app is that the phone needs to be on at all times as well when using the app. Can't be put into stand-by to save battery or you'll be disconnected to the voice chat.

It looks like a cute squid, Ninty fans like all things cute and squiddy, right? The cuteness alone will sell that thing by itself, practicality and wires-dangling be damned.

Try finding the AC Adapter from 11street or Play-Asia.
