I will answer your 3rd and fourth questions.

I bought a cheap hori screen protector and i docked it every time i play and no scratches at all. No need expensive screen protector.

To answer no.1
Anker A1371 Powercore+ . Charges the switch while playing at full brightness , wifi on etc.. and should add about a good 9hours (conservative timing) to your switch play time
