I don't see why it's not but it will have 1% border charges.

Yup, even with the cross border charge I'll still be getting the most cashback compared to the other cards I have.

As per front page is KLIA Express Online. I remember in previous thread someone did mention that you will get MC discounted price and online 5% cash back.

5% cash back is given by bank as one of the card's features. It's the same logic as previous Lazada CIMB card discounts on weekends. Paid with CIMB cards will entitle for discounts and on 28th get another 5% cash back.

Damn it. Two of my Taobao transactions recorded under Hangzhou. doh.gif That's it 0.2% cash back. doh.gif

I really don't know why CIMB still hasn't done any adjustment to do this.

How safe is it to use credit card for overseas transaction like taobao? I heard people saying using Credit card for overseas transaction is more prone to people stealing your info

No such issue for me. Taobao is a very reputable site which emphasises on security. smile.gif Of course buy from reputable sites and not those dodgy ones.

People steal your info, the loser is bank and merchant not you. As long as you respond quickly and report transaction to bank when you get the SMS or call you won't have to pay. Even if have to pay there's a liability limit of 200 ringgit or something.

Not sure if this is covered, but is it safe to say that we will get the 5% cash rebate so long the payment gateway is ipay88, e-GHL, jompay?
