Hi there, planning to buy the note 4 (personal) and 4A (parent for basic used only - chatting and whatapps), wondering should I buy direct from Mi store from Lazada or go for other reseller which cost much cheaper? I am worrying to get AP set despite the buyers commented at Lazada got the original with Mi warranty, but it can be fake too. What's your suggestion? Thanks.

to those who own note 4, i have some questions..
directd is currently doing promotion for their import phone.. want to ask the redmi note 4 (snapdragon, 4gb + 64gb, rm797) is it note 4x ? because i purchased one unit for my sister, and the speaker hole is same as note 4x.. but in the phone's about phone is is shown as "redmi note 4". so is there note 4 snapdragon 4g 64gb AND note 4x snapdragon 4g 64gb? their product line is really confusing

Mine is RN4 mediatek, and it's the same as the bottom phone (all holes spaced out evenly). I believe the top on is snapdragon..

I'm not sure if the snapdragon version is using the same design as below.. afaik, mediatek top holes are spaced out evenly + 6 bottom holes for each speaker.. whereas snapdragon top holes are designed just like the top picture + 5 bottom holes for each speaker + rear camera & fingerprint slightly aligned lower than mediatek

YA, CORRECT, EVEN MI MALAYSIA WARRANTY WAS SO LOUSY , BEING CLAIM WARRANTY FOR MY XIAOMI NOTE (XIAOMI NOTE NOT REDMI NOTE) CANNOT GET APPROVAL FROM CHINA HEADQUARTERS ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICIAN SO HE CANNOT WAIVED ME THE SERVICE CHARGES & SPAREPARTS $. I WAITED FOR 3 MONTHS STILL YET TO RESOLVE THE WARRANTY CLAIM AND FINALLY THE TECHNICIAN OFFER ME FREE SPAREPARTS WITH PAID SERVICE FEE OF RM28 INSTEAD OF KEEP WAITING FOR CHINA HEADQUARTER APPROVAL. AGREED AND PROCEED WITH PAYMENT GET MY XIAOMI NOTE BACK IN 1 DAY......


OVERALL IS A VERY LOUSY WARRANTY CLAIM SERVICE FOR A PHONE BOUGHT AT RM1500++. SINCE THEN I HAVE LOSE FAITH IN XIAOMI WARRANTY, JUST CHOOSE FOR THE CHEAPEST AP SET INSTEAD. NO NEED TO BOTHER FOR XIAOMI MALAYSIA WARRANTY.

ya..correct..not easy to claim when there is a problem..
