Just now I noticed something.. Received a call as usual, then when I was about to end the call, saw this tiny phone icon with the "HD" letters. It this new due to the update, or any of you guys had this "HD" call all the while?

Had always set the VoLTE to on, but never got this "HD" icon.. only noticed after today's update.

Is this the VoLTE in action?

After every phone boot, if u try to unlock with fingerprint, it will go to lock screen first, but only once. After that no more.

Do u have sufficient credit @ airtime? I had similar case due to my allocated calling minutes have been used up and therefore no further calls can be done.. (u mobile prepaid).. lol

Iinm, once enabled, your calling screen will display a "HD" just above call icon.. i never had that before the recent firmware update despite having 4g and volte enabled previously..

Mine is RN4 mediatek, and it's the same as the bottom phone (all holes spaced out evenly). I believe the top on is snapdragon..

I'm not sure if the snapdragon version is using the same design as below.. afaik, mediatek top holes are spaced out evenly + 6 bottom holes for each speaker.. whereas snapdragon top holes are designed just like the top picture + 5 bottom holes for each speaker + rear camera & fingerprint slightly aligned lower than mediatek

Those who have probs with Waze.. did u use waze and then open another app like whatsapp etc while leaving waze in background, and when u return to waze, the signal is lost, right?

A quick fix is exit (shut down) waze, and then open waze again.

Never had probs by the way.. waze, google maps, here we go.. and other gps related apps, all is good..

Any particular reason to get the mtk variant instead of sd? Im trading my 3+64 mtk to 4+64 sd.. not much "performance" by mtk other than heating up lol.. I'd rather opt for a longer battery utilization than so called mtk deca core speed..
