Not an infinite user here (digi 238 user), but having drastic speed cut for a month. Spoken to Digi CS, they said there's no network issues in Sarawak. I want to know whether others face the same issue or not?

What is your bill cycle date?
RM105 means the charge for 21 days.

Let say the bill started from 1 May 2017 , and your bill end on 21 May 2017. So 21 days X RM150 = RM105 (before GST)
You dont need to pay the bill because it will be deducted from upfront payment
-RM318 + (RM105+6%) = -RM206.70

Adui, just bought prepaid for testing this morning. Now digi network problem...... Hope they fix soon

i150 postpaid 110 80 family 28 all affected badly here in Menggatal

went to karamunsing complex around 12-2pm also same

now i150 seems okay but postpaid 110 still unusable

Digi down for 5mins today morning. After restored, speed was terrible. But luckily everything back to normal in 2 hours.

no disconnect issue, quite stable, only sometime the speed will drop below 20mbps during peak hour.



can try update the firmware.

Seems like the internet is restored so we can surf now, but still can't make calls.

glad that your internet has been restored. mine still very slow. Digi CS even said that "The coverage map reflects the actual 4G covered area within Malaysia." If only I did capture a screenshot of how the coverage map looks like before, then he/she will understand. They even said that "We had never downgraded our network in Sarawak"

Maybe they just shut down most 4G network in East Malaysia for spectrum refarming practice?

probably you should start screenshot the coverages maps now to prevent it shrinking in coming future ?

If they really did so now that's quite stupid, especially without prior notice then all of a sudden everything go down. They should have done it area by area if that's the case.

Same when I asked today, the CS said this is the latest coverage in Sabah, even after I told him/her to take a look a the coverage progression page that clearly shows large 4G expansion in East Malaysia which is updated until Dec 2016, he/she never gave me the real answer, just saying that they are having issues now, if this is the real map, then they are really downgrading the network which seems even more stupid i guess.
