mine around 10mbps but speed is very unstable, will disconnect when the modem is having bad mood... my area is sabah KK tho

You can try digi prepaid first, just subscribe daily internet. Or you can also ask some firend who use digi to come over your house.

Maybe the modem is overheating, try placing a cooling fan under it.

in aircond room so should have no issue with heating.... your side got this kind of issue? i mean like sometimes will get congestion of getting only 1mbps speed

Oh ok. Maybe the cell tower at your place is congested causing slow speed.

Is there anyone else who also notices that the coverage map on Digi's website for East Malaysia seems to be going somewhere strange? 4G coverage for both Sabah and Sarawak seems to be significantly reduced, and my place which has 4G+ coverage before only shows 4G now, and other cities like Tawau and Sandakan now only shows 3G coverage?

Info from Digi CS: Already confirmed, the highest signal in Tawau, Sandakan and Tenom is 3G/HSDPA only

Anyone from Tawau/Sandakan/Tenom can clarify this? I could clearly remember these cities and more already have 4G LTE coverage since some time ago.

Edit 2: Now they say there are experiencing intermittent service disruption in most of Sabah.
