Switch e398 to band 3 and untick band 7. Dl speed can reach 30Mbps with 100% signal strength.

My area Band 3 faster than Band 7.. Band 3 is exceeding 40Mbps but Band 7 only can hit till 9Mbps.

Anyone facing network issue recently? Since 29 April, the network speed down from 12Mbps to 7Mbps. I made the complain through live chat on 1 May and they asked me to restart my phone. The speed become worst on 1 May night ( Dl 0.28Mbps Ul 0.02 ) and this morning only can reach 3Mbps (Dl).

Mine until 12th May. I try to lock at Band 3 & 7, the signal seems ok, -55. But the speed is still around 7-10Mbps. Wait till 12th May. Will call again if problem still persist.

I also kena. CS said the maintenance is until 12 May. When i checked the speed just now, the download speed is only 1.02Mbps and upload speed 0.99Mbps. Only enjoy true 4g speed about 10 days. The rest is reconnect and disconnect in 4g mode and 3g only can hit 5Mbps. Am i in i80 or i150? suckssssssss.............
