Tested max speed only 1mb
If I terminated now will I get my fully refund (rm300) ?

Using my phone.(xiaomi redmi note and htc sensation)

It did show "H" insist of "H+"
If there is "H" mean my hp support or my location not in coverage.?

Yes it's should be faster than 1mb.
1mb was like edge....


Previously using Celcom burung hantu can ez hit 10mb.

My area cover by 4g.

Now I get not even 1mb
N I checked my area is cover by 4g

Definitely is coverage issue.
Tested with same phone , different area.
Can get 5mb.
But at my house ( even out door) can get 0.9mb only.
Ping was OK with 6Xms

So u mean that if I get a 4g phone it will boost the internet speed?

Will try with my sister huawei when she come from vacation

update:
just call Digi CS.
they said there have a maintenance over since 17April.
not sure the ETA.
and asking him whether there is a setting to be done on my phone,he just send me a sms asking me to setup VPN bla-bla-bla
asking him if cancel/termination can get a fully refund, he ask me to go to Digi central
and there is no Digi Central at my home town

Digi CS not that helpful at all

BTW izzit free or charge for calling 016 221 1800?
